Our Easter starts with making all of the foods ahead so that they can be taken to the church on Holy Saturday to be blessed. These were our eggs all colored and marked with beeswax.
The girls were quite tickled over the Bunny's basket fillers. (And still dressed from Grandma's birthday party the night before!)
We got new baskets this year (fair trade, African, handwoven) and the girls loved using them to hunt eggs all day long!
Lastly are some pictures of the girls Easter dresses. They chose the fabric back in Feb. and got to choose many of the details. Both were very pleased with the results and hopefully will be able to wear them for a long time. (We do have a wedding coming this year!)
