Today's productivity involved making more doll clothes. Marianna, our new mermaid, has been welcomed to the family as she is. So far the munchkin feels that nothing could be better than a mermaid by day and a baby in pajamas at night. The other, yet to be named, new addition has been in need of a skirt and shirt from the moment she came out of her pretty Christmas wrapping. Well loved from the beginning (as you can tell from the picture) she was lacking only in wardrobe. Today the stash was raided and she is now happily attired in stripes. Not to be out done in design class, the munchkin decided that the pocket dolls needed new dresses as well. Back to the stash we went and red polka dots became the must have of the season. I was never a doll child myself but it is certainly rewarding to be the creator of this much joy in my children's lives.
